She is dedicated to the delivery of compassionate patient service and employs behavioral health coaching techniques that affect patient care. Susan has developed creative coaching methods to support patient adherence to medications and health plans.
Vince Mattaliano, MS, Communications Consultant
Vince’s 34 years in the pharmaceutical industry includes 20 years of experience in clinical documentation and marketing communications. He holds a BS in Chemistry and an MS in Biochemistry and has served on the Editorial Board of the Drug Information Journal. He has experience in patient education, scripting for video and audio, instruction in writing and editing and in product communications.
